Description (partial)

Symptom:
This was because IPv4 next hop for Ipv6 prefix on CSC scenario was broken. The transition from Recursive to NonRecursive or nonrecursive to Recursive was broken for IPv6 prefix reachable over IPv4 nexthop.

Conditions:
Ipv6 traffic was carried on Bundle interface. During Bundle Shut and NO shut  resulted complete traffic drop on ingress card. Releases impacted: 5.1.1 and 4.3.2 and Only impacts Trident and Typhoon LCs.
