Description (partial)

Symptom:TX drops seen in SPP on the line card carrying the active CFM-offload member link. This can cause CFM session flaps for 10ms intervals.
Conditions:The issue is applicable in the following conditions:
1. CFM sessions (mostly seen with 10ms CCM intervals) are configured over bundle interfaces.
2. bundle-offload is configured.
3. The CCM traffic scale is high (>50kpps)
