Description (partial)

Symptom:
WLC 5760 with IOS XE release 3.3, radius 802.1x EAP-SIM Authentication, fails when ASR1k (ISG) acts as Radius Proxy

Conditions:
ASR1k acting as Radius proxy. 5760 NGWC running IOS XE 3.3 configured for EAP-SIM authentication.
Radius Debugs on the 5760 will show that 5760 sends EAP-KEY-NAME with length 2.
