Description (partial)

When scheduling a recurrent conference in Cisco TMS and using an "End by Date" pattern, Cisco TMS ends the conference series one day short. For example, if scheduling a series starting on February 1 with an "End by Date" on February 4, Cisco TMS only creates three occurrences: February 1, February 2, and February 3.

The issue has been seen in all 14.2.x and 14.3.x versions. It is triggered by having the user in Cisco TMS in a time zone with a negative UTC offset, such as UTC-01:00 Azores or UTC-05:00 U.S. Eastern Time.

Cisco TMS versions 14.1.x and below are not affected, but note that these Cisco TMS versions have other more serious time zone related defects. It is not recommended to stay on these older Cisco TMS versions to avoid this particular issue.
