Description (partial)

Symptom:
PS Adapter Output Handling Type "Web" generates the email with default generic Email Subject and Message Body.

Conditions:
Within PS from the Distribution Detail page select a Reports folder (optional) and specify that you want an Email Web Report (checked). Specify an Email Subject, Message, and Distribute To Users and/or Roles. Click OK.

An email gets generated, containing a link to the output file, along with the specified subject & message. It also gets distributed to the users specified (an email address exists for each user in PeopleSoft). You need to be logged in to PeopleSoft in order to view the output (or it prompts you for a login). This is particularly important when there may be sensitive data in the output file and we don't want to email the file around.

Now, if I take this run control and attempt to run it from Tidal with an Output Handling of Web, the email is generated on the back-end, distributed to the same users, but with a default generic Email Subject and Message body.
