Symptom: RTMT reports wrong information for Cisco location LBM counter, calls in progress calls in progress shows 2, where as there is only 1 call. One call is counted as Two(1 for audio and 1 for video) Conditions: This issue occurs whenever a call is made from Video Endpoint to Audio end point.
