Description (partial)

Symptom:
When enabling a job and choosing a date the dates are in the wrong order

Steps to recreate.

Your date of your environment should be the end of December.

Enable any job and when prompted for the current production schedule you will notice that 12/31/2013 will be at the bottom of the list instead of at the top of the list

Conditions:
This only happened at the end of the year in 2013 and once the production date was in January of 2014 the behavior was not there.
