Cisco Bug: CSCum39811 - PCD/UCMAP does not display Discovering in discovery status

Description (partial)

Symptom:
While you have browser running the discovery wizard & you login into PCD using another browser. In this new browser you navigate to Inventory>Clusters, you will find the Discovery Status empty. If you click the arrow to check the details, the Discovery Status now shows Discovering.

PCD should display discovering in the discovery status without having to click on details rather then keeping the option empty.
