Description (partial)

Symptom:
When a cut-through-proxy session is authenticated and dACL is applied (due to per-user-override) to the user, and if inspect icmp is enabled, icmp traffic initiated from the user is hitting the dACL thus the dACL hitcnt increments but the session is considered idle and re-authentication happens after configured inactivity timeout period.

Conditions:
inspect icmp is enabled.
