Description (partial)

Symptom:
When the  multicast sender is configured with high number for concurrent session for delivery service, if the late joining receiver send a huge list of missing files in the NACK request, sometimes the sender may crash. We might see the mcast sender restarting at a regular intervals.

Conditions:
When a late joining rceiver sends nack for all the files it missed, the mcast sender tries to send out huge amount data at a single instant and sometimes it crashes due to invalid source transfer handle whule trying to set the FXAdvertisement state.
