Symptom:
Before merge in 9.605 branch, IDL sequence was :

    PASSIVE_MD_48_ODD,          
    PASSIVE_MD_48_EVEN,
    PASSIVE_MD_48_CM,
    OTL_PORT,   
    HUNDREDGIG_PLIM,   
    AR_XPE_LINE_CARD,
        //Add your new Equipment HERE, AT THE END OF THE LIST

        */
