Symptom: Upgrade to 188.8.131.52-22 and the following problems are observed in the Application Settings: - Customize... and Publish All Locales Buttons that do not belong on the Email page show up - Unable to modify any Application Settings Configurations - Delimiting character \ shows up in the Additional Text in Email field and most of the text is missing. Conditions: Text with punctuation is entered into "Additional Text in Email" field under "Application Settings".
