Description (partial)

When tried to assign an interface to the VLAN, interface do not get added to the vlan and sometimes the following error message is generated but other times changes do not take place and no error message is populated.

Steps to recreate the issue:

1.Connect to Edison device and start the CNA tool.
2.Click on Configure-->Switching-->VLANs.
3.In the next pop up window, click on Configure VLANs table to create a new VLAN.
4.Then click on Configure Ports tab.
5.Select an interface to configure.
6.Click on Modify to make the changes
7.Once changes are made,Click on Apply button.
8.After clicking on "Apply" button, the error message is generated.
Expected changes do not take affect.
