Description (partial)
Symptom: ASR5K IPSG 15.0, protocols using large packet sizes that gets fragmented will fail to reach the ip network or internet from a subscriber. Conditions: -large ip packets that gets fragmented. Example large icmp pings > 1500, or typically ISAKMP (which uses very large packets) used in ipsec from subscriber to a destination ipsec concentrator -15.0
