Description (partial)

Symptom:
On CMTS router configured  with ?cable l3-mobility XXX" to enable l3 mobility feature on interface bundle and then implement ?no cable l3-mobility XXX" to disable l3 mobility feature, there is a probability that causes CPE's traffic is dropped after CPE mobile to another cable modem

Conditions:
It is a probability that when enable and disable ?cable l3-mobility XXX" on interface bundle and then CPE mobile to another cable modem.
