Description (partial)

Symptom:
Unicast ARP reply, in an unknown DMAC forwarding scenario, is tunneled back to vPC peer who originated the frame, via the peer-link, by vPC peer.
The peer-link is not in the topology that this frame is being forwarded on.

Conditions:
This is seen on a  5548UP running 5.1.3.N2.1, 6.0.2.N2.1, and 6.0.2.n2.2 with FabricPath in VPC+.
