Description (partial)

Symptom:
When shutting one of the links in port channel the convergence time is so slow  that HSRP configured over the link is flapping. This happens when the port-channel is distributed over multiple modules and there are a lot of vlans as well as QoS configuration.

Conditions:
Policy map configuration, etcher channel distributed over at least 2 modules.
