Description (partial)

Symptom:
The security service crashes when configuring an SSH authentication key. 

Configuring SSH keys multiple times within 10 minutes results in a HAP reset that resets the active supervisor.

Conditions:
This issue intermittently occurs when configuring an SSH authentication key.
