Description (partial)

Symptoms:
Active call status information is not available under "View active calls involving this registration".

Conditions:
Scenario 1:
H323 EP1 and H323 EP2 registered on VCS1 and call connected between H323 EP1 and H323 EP2.
The "View active calls involving this registration" is completely blank regardless accessing it from H323 EP1 registration status or H323 EP1 registration status.

Scenario 2:
H323 EP1 registered on VCS1 and H323 EP3 registered on VCS3 (VCS1 and VCS3 are configured as neighbor zone not cluster)
Then call connected between H323 EP1 and H323 EP3 (call initiated from EP3 on VCS3).
The "View active calls involving this registration" is completely blank accessing it from H323 EP1 registration status.

Scenario 3:
H323 EP1 registered on VCS1 and H323 EP2 registered on VCS2 (VCS1 and VCS2 are in cluster configuration).
H323EP 3 registered on VCS3 (VCS3 configured neighbor zone between VCS1, force call first hit VCS1).
Then call connected between H323 EP3 and H323 EP2 (call initiated from EP3 on VCS3).
The "View active calls involving this registration" is showing "No calls: No calls were found for this registration" regardless accessing it from H323 EP2 registration status on VCS2 or VCS1 Web GUI.
