Description (partial)
Symptom: Syncing dual-stack iWAG session to STANDBY does not occur. Conditions: This symptom occurs when IPv4 and IPv6 FSOL is received from same client at ISG together (or very less time gap) for a dual-stack session. In this case, the session does not sync to STANDBY for the previous IPv6 FSOL and ISG gets a new IPv4 FSOL.
