Description (partial)

Symptom:
When OTU-IAE(Incoming alignment error) is present on the card(eg injected from testset). OTU-BIAE(backward incoming alignment error) is not sent back upstream when IAE is seen(E.g towards the testset).

Conditions:
Configure WSE(Wire Speed Encryption) in TXP(transponder ) mode
Configure OTU2 client and OTU2 trunk.
Inject OTU-IAE from testset
OTU-BIAE is not seen on the testset .
