Description (partial)

iPhone can lose access to corporate resources when user switches from 3G/AnyConnect connection to corporate WiFi.

In this scenario AnyConnect detects that new network interface becomes available and tries to reconnect to ASA. ASA public IP is unreachable from inside and AnyConnect stops all connection attempts in 20 seconds (with Roaming feature set to OFF). However corporate resources remain unavailable except local LAN subnet.

This issue was noticed on AnyConnect 3.0.09231 for iPhone 5, iOS 7.0.4. It seems to be dependant on iOS version and iOS 7.0.3 doesn't have this issue.
