Description (partial)
Symptom: 8945 SIP:no HUD pop up when try to escalate to video call UCM IP: 10.74.20.165 UCM version: 10.0.1.10000-8 PhoneA load: SIP 9-4-1-8 Steps to reproduce: 1. register 2 8945 SIP phones to CUCM 2. phone A video off (application->preference->video->video calls->off), phone B video on 3. make a basic call between A and B, both video mute hardkey lit on both phones 4. try to escalate from B by pressing video mute hardkey, there pops up a HUD on A, A accept by pressing "enable video", video call set up. 5. hold/resume the call from A 6. try to escalte from B again, you will find there is no HUD on A, but there is a toast on B to indicate "video will be sent when remote party enable receiving" press the video mute hardkey once again on B,HUD pops up on A. Reprodicible:Yes
