This fix removes the creation and update of a file called "syslogd_ha_debug.txt" under /log partition. Before this fix, this file was being created and appended in a HA setup during execution of some of the logging commands eg. logging logfile <file-name> <priority>. As a result of this file update, the file size used to increase periodically and over a long period occupy most of the /tmp parition space this causing the lack of availability of HD space to other applications, causing serious system issues. Now with this fix, there is no such file created, there by saving the space that used to be wasted before. Symptom: Periodic messages on log/syslog server that the /tmp partition usage is high (and above 80%) that keeps increasing. Conditions: Failure of config commands - Creation of VLANs, config save etc.
