Cisco Bug: CSCum25054 - Local user presence incorrectly synchronized in Outlook/ jabber Systray

Symptom:
Quite often we fall in a situation where the presence status is not synchronized between what we see under jabber status and under jabber Systray as well as local outlook presence too. 

One way to recreate the out of sync issue is by following the below steps: 

- Open outlook and an email where the local user is in the To: or CC: list 
- Change the status from available --> Away --> Do Not Disturb --> Available 
- Lock the PC 
- When you unlock the PC, you have the problem (it's almost systematic) we could reproduce the out of sync issue.

Conditions:
This issue  started on the 9.6.0 version,  but the customer  is still seeing it  on build  9.6.0.17318 on a windows 7 machine.

- Change the status from available --> Away --> Do Not Disturb --> Available 
- Lock the PC 
- When you unlock the PC, you have the problem (it's almost systematic) we could reproduce the out of sync issue.
