Description (partial)

Symptom:
The problem causes all associated service profiles to be sent to central every 3 minutes as inventory modifications. In a heavily loaded system this will cause severe performance degradation due to increased processing load and unnecessary traffic on both UCSM and UCSC. This is compounded by the fact that this happens every 3 minutes.

Conditions:
ALL service profiles that are associated and do not have any configIssues will cause this unnecessary load on the system while sending UCSC inventory.
