Description (partial)

The documentation mentions CUIC reports/templates for Outbound Option Reports but we cant find them anywhere, not on CCO or Development Forum: 
* Page 161: Outbound Option Reports 
* Skill Group Reports, on page 164 
* Agent Reports, on page 164

Also, the CCE reporting guide specifies the following,

Topic: Skill group reporting for Outbound Option campaigns and Agent reporting for Outbound Option campaigns
Eg. Page: 66 has the following information,
Reports that show skill group activity on Outbound Option campaigns.
These are some of the reports that show skill group activity per campaign:
• Perskg11: Outbound Option (Blended Agent) Statistics By Skill Group Report
• Perskg12: Outbound Option (Blended Agent) Task DetailPerformance InSkill Groups Half Hour Report

Are not part of the templates for CUIC.
NOTE: those report names are from WebView, Not CUIC.
The CCE Reporting guide and the CUIC template guide needs to be aligned
