Description (partial)

Symptom:
High CPU usage (~100%) on the thin client (WES 7 OS), when on call with Tandberg EX90, in full screen.When on call with other video end-point (VXME, desk-phone) CPU usage is lower but still above ~90%

Conditions:
Steps to reproduce:
1.Log on the HVD & Jabber (from HP t610 TC)
2.plug in some of the accessories (speaker, handset, headset)
3.Make a video call to other endpoint (Tandberg EX90)
4.Full screen the video on call 
5.Open task manager on the thin client (WES 7 OS) and check CPU usage
