Description (partial)

Symptom:
When scheduling several Jobs (reports,commands,web services) the Job Manager table become slower in retrieving the scheduled jobs details, at some point populating all the scheduled jobs will take more time than the time out limit, which will cause PN to throw an error message that the operation timeout reached.

Conditions:
This happened when scheduling more than 5 jobs. after the new fix we increased the operation timeout from 20 seconds to 10 minutes, this will let it possible for a user to schedule up to 150 jobs with no timeout problem.
