Symptom: unknown with hold icon is displayed after call forward off Conditions: [Steps to reproduce] 1. Launch the phone app. 2. Select over flow menu. 3. Select 'Forward all calls' option. 4. Enter the endpoint B's DN. 5. Select over flow menu. 6. Select 'Call forward off' option 7. Wait for some time on 'Client matter code' popup. 8. Select 'Cancel' option in 'Client matter code' popup.
