Description (partial)

Symptom:
Bash, python and TCL scripts run from /bootflash with the proper hash bang as the first line and executable bits
enabled in their permissions lead to permission denied errors when they are executed directly in the bash shell.

Conditions:
This occurs on the Cisco Nexus 9000 platform running 6.1(2)I1(1).
