Description (partial)

Under very specific timing conditions, ISIS process on active RP unexpectedly restarts

The problem may happen when ISIS process on active RP loses connectivity with ISIS process on standby RP.
This may happen due to standby RP reload, ISIS process restart on standby RP and similar triggers.

The timing window when this problem may happen is extremely small.
Chances to hit this problem slightly increase with high number of adjacencies and short hello interval period,
but it's still very difficult to hit the exact timing window that triggers this problem.
