The linecard is not automatically reloaded after certain types of non-recoverable NP errors.

Conditions:

LC/0/0/CPU0:May  2 14:08:40.274 : pfm_node_lc[288]: %PLATFORM-NP-2-NON_RECOVERABLE_SOFT_ERROR : Set|prm_server_ty[139343]|Network Processor Unit(0x1008001)| A non-recoverable soft error has been detected on NP1.  The linecard will be rebooted.
