Symptom:
On some circustances, TNC in a NCS2K-F ROADM node controller resets.

Conditions:
1. Network with only NCS2K-F nodes
2. LOGO evaluation enabled at least for a APC domain
3. At least one amplifier in the same APC domain has "power optimization" enabled.
