Cisco Bug: CSCum18629 - Unable to add speed dial to Extension Mobility Device Profile using UDS

Symptom:
When trying to add a speed dial using UDS to a device logged into extension mobility with a device profile, the add fails.

This is due to the UDS client pulling the associated device names of the user from CUCM and the device name not matching the physical device name of the phone.  

The UDS Client compares the physcial device name in order to make sure it is updating the speed dial on the correct device.  In the case of extension mobility though, the physical device name is not going to match the associated device name of the user which will only be the device profile name.

This issue was discovered on the DX650 as it has a built-in UDS client that can be used to add speed dials from the contact list.  This could affect any device with a similar feature though.

You may see an error message such as "DEB UdsClient: User doesn't have a device configured" in the console logs of the device.

Conditions:
Seen when using a device utilizing UDS to add speed dials when also utilizing extension mobility.
