Description (partial)

Symptom:
IP SLA keeps increasing the difference between the configured SLA operation start time and the real start time.

Example:
ENDIVE#show running-config | section sla
 ip sla 1000022 udp-jitter 1.1.1.1 19547 source-ip 3.3.3.3 codec g729a codec-numpackets 565 codec-interval 80
 ip sla group schedule 1 1001279,1000030,1000022-1000023 schedule-period 4 frequency 60 start-time 15:55:30 life forever

Start time after 36 hours:
ENDIVE#show ip sla stat | i start time
Latest operation start time: 10:11:33 GMT Sat Dec 14 2013

So as we can see, the IP SLA has been configured to start at 15:55:30 and send probes every 60 seconds, but after 36 hours we may already observe a 3 second time shift for the actual probes.

Conditions:
IP SLA configured.
