Description (partial)

Symptom:
App icon highlights in Auto Launch option of External Display when it (icon) is clicked twice.

Conditions:
1. Connect HDMI cable to endpoint.
2. In endpoint -- Go to device -> settings -> External Display -> Auto Launch
3. Click on app icon more than once.
