Description (partial)
Symptom: Solicit-Map-Request (SMR) flag incorrectly set on RLOC probe sent for a newly created map-cache entry. This results in the remote site originating an extra Map-Request through the mapping system. Conditions: Router configured as a Locator Identity Separation Protocol (LISP) xTR. The SMR bit is incorrectly set on an RLOC probe message if the configuration of a local EID database-mapping is modified before the map-cache entry creation.
