Known Affected Releases
Symptom: 1. SESSION A exists on QNS 2. Portal login would cause QNS to replace SESSION A with SESSION B 3. QNS would send a logout indication to the SCE for SESSION A 4. SCE would respond with a LogoutPull request for SESSION A 5. QNS would delete the SceDeviceSession (used for sending quota back to SCE) for SESSION B Subscriber session stuck in a state where debits would occur but SCE buckets are not replenished. Conditions: Subscriber session starts twice, causing QNS to send a logout indication to SCE.
