Symptom: Cisco Prime Optical creates directories on the server filesystem when the name of the network element contains the / character. The network element backup is stored in this directory and the filename is truncated to the rightmost characters after the /. Conditions: Only happens when the name of the network element contains the / (forward slash) character and network element backups are used in Cisco Prime Optical.
