Last Modified

- Cisco Webex Meetings Server
Known Affected Releases
1.5
Description (partial)
Symptom: In CWMS 1.5 with Directory Integration with LDAP Authentication, users synced from CUCM are marked as hosts, and can authenticate to END USER WEB interface using their CUCM/LDAP password. < < However, if you change an imported user from HOST to ADMINISTRATOR, the system sends an e-mail with CREATE PASSWORD link to that user. The user has to use this link to create a local password on CWMS, and then this user can use this local password to authenticate to CWMS Administration interface. < < Still, for accessing end user web interface, the user still has to use CUCM/LDAP password. Conditions: CWMS 1.5 Directory Integration with LDAP Authentication
