Cisco Bug: CSCum15992 - Application Server Configuration page loses user information

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Remote Syslog Server Application server type loses available and selected users in a scenario.

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Access the path System->Application User.
3)Select the Application Server type as "Remote Syslog Server" and access the configuration page.
4)In Application Server Configuration page, 
enter "a" against the name field, any ip iddress to the "IP Address" filed and select the user from Available Application user to Selected Application user and click on save button.

Following message is displayed 
"Add failed. Encountered an invalid hostname: Server name can be an IP address or hostname. Hostname must be at least 2 characters and no more than 255,should contains only letters, numbers,dots and dashes,and end with only a letter or number"
 
and Selected Application Users and Available Application combo boxes go empty.
