Description (partial)

Symptom:
Zero byte crashinfo generated for SP.On 7600 series platform using MIPS(SUP720) and PPC(RSP 720) architecture crashes and generates empty crashinfo files.

Conditions:
There is no specific trigger for the crash to happen with zero bytes.
When crash happened in Interrupt context with more_crashinfo flag, and file is not getting closed. This results in zero bytes crash file.
