Symptom: CDSM is unable to validate an authfile with an IP address ending with .255. eg, 220.127.116.11/32 We get the following error when trying to validate the xml file in CDSM: ERROR : Invalid IP address We believe this is a valid IP address. This issue also exists in CLI, e.g. (config)#ntp server 18.104.22.168 22.214.171.124: not a valid host address (config)#ip name-server 126.96.36.199 Not a valid host address: 188.8.131.52 Conditions: IP address endes with .255/32
