Description (partial) 

Symptom:
Inspect doesn't work as expected if there is a Router in between SRC and DST VM's.  The source and destination vNICs are on different VLANs (different port-profiles), but under the same VSG protection.

Conditions:
Inspect doesn't work as expected if there is a Router in between SRC and DST VM's.  FTP/TFTP permit inspect with source and destination vNICs protection by same VSG, but on different VLANs.
