Description (partial)

Symptom:
Multiple instances of sessmgr crashes are seen on srp switchover.
All calls gets disconnected

Conditions:
on performing srp switchover when calls are up on active chassis with APN which has below ACL configured but out ACL is missing in the Gi-ONE1 context config:
