Description (partial)
Symptom: Installation fails with (where ...long-path... is the specified long installation path name): <PRE> Successfully started '...long-path.../bin/cnrservagt' to initialize databases... The 'ccm' server failed to initialize the Network Registrar configuration databases !!! See ...long-path.../temp/ccm_upgrade_status_log for details. *** Installation Failed ? 1 *** General installation error. Please see '...long-path.../logs/install_cnr_log' for more details </PRE> And, there is no ccm_upgrade_status_log. Viewing the agent_server_1_log shows that the server agent failed to start because it thought another server was running: <PRE> agent/server/1 Info System 0 08003 server agent exiting -- another agent is running? </PRE> Conditions: The installation path is 80 or more characters long.
