Description (partial)

Symptom:
An endpoint running TC software when registered non-secure using SIP and the default transport (DefaultTransport) is set to auto will not be able to place calls. The call history displays "NetworkRejected" for the disconnect cause type.

Conditions:
The SIP DefaultTransport setting is set to auto and the endpoint is registered non-securely. The endpoint will attempt a call by trying to setup TLS only (TCP port 5061) and not fallback to TCP and/or UDP as the admin guide states for the auto setting: "Auto: The system will try to connect using transport protocols in the following order: TLS, TCP, UDP.

This only occurs when the provisioning type is set for CUCM because the endpoint configuration settings should be learned from the TFTP configuration from downloaded from CUCM and should not be manually edited.
