Description (partial)

Symptom:
Sometimes VTG remote channels may not receive audio. However, sending audio from this remote channel to multicast or other remote channels is ok.

Example:
VTG1  has 13 channels 1-13, 
1) When any Remote channel Tx, All other member channels of VTG ( Multicast  as well as remote/SIP) receive it. Except , one Remote Channel-10,  on Mcast Channel-10 Rx is ok.
2)  This Remote Channel -10, does not receive audio on Remote IDC, or Android SIP. Disconnecting and re-connecting  on Android or powering off/on on R-IDC does not help.
3)  Tx  from  Channels-10 ( Remote IDC or Android is received by all member channels.
4) This is not  network  or McAfee Firewall problem that is currently seen on some PCs.
5) This is intermittent but reproducible, and  Activating deactivating VTG problem may vanish or occur on other channel/channels.

Issue still occurs randomly in 4.8(1).
