Description (partial)
Symptom: When user is prompted to change password and changes it. it takes some time between the first time the user logs into the VPN and change the password and the time when he can actually log into the VPN using the new password. It seems that every time the user changes its password, the ACS loss connectivity to the AD. Conditions: User change password. This issue has been seen on ACS 5.5 and an AD running on W2008R2 server
